You will work closely with overall Business Division, and you are entrusted and responsible for driving and delivering the overall Business Innovation Strategies, Process Improvement and Programs in accordance to agreed project timeline & launch dates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyse business related platforms, tools and customer/sales fronting channels' needs; align and map those needs to Business Division’s ambition & goals
- Gather requirements through Voice of Customers; internal stakeholders and external customers
- Identify business pain points/problem statements, and define how the target solution should be implemented with ease of UI & UX
- Manage product backlog through prioritization of business needs with aim of driving Customer Experience and Revenue generation, whilst mapping out any dependencies and overlapping of other portfolios to optimize investment
- Drive overall Go Live Systems from Business Readiness, UAT, Training & Communication, GTM strategy and Users Adoption
- Keep abreast on market demands, continuous validation with internal and external customers (pulse check) and manage by utilising statistics (e.g. IM incidents, incoming calls to CCEB etc)
Your Merits:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing projects from end-to-end, program management processes and or project coordination
- Excellent communication skills plus prompt & proactive in follow-ups with stakeholders
- Fast learner, inquisitive and strives to go the extra mile to get the best experience for our customers and stakeholders
- Highly analytical with critical problem-solving skills and able to grasp concepts and translate concepts into action plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills (key!)
- Adept in building business justifications/cases with statistical impact (forecast/projection)
- A degree in Business Administration/Management or others related areas
