We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Designer to join our team. You will deliver stunning creative concept that could help to increase brand awareness and drive growth in acquisition. If you have in-depth digital design capabilities and innovative creative concepts that can set our online campaigns apart from competitors, we would like to meet you.

  • Able to think creatively and deliver clever concepts both copy and visual.
  • Foresight to put yourself in the shoes of the user.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards to execute projects of all sizes with resourcefulness and dedication.
  • Proactive, independent with meticulous attention to detail and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in designing for dynamic creative and A/B testing
  • Prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions.

Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)

  • Develop creative ideas to support digital marketing campaigns and sell concepts into other members of the team or stakeholders.
  • Take ideas from concept to execution to deliver an effective on-brand creative visuals or user experience on digital ads and landing pages in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and strengthen creative briefs from other team members to inspire better delivery and drive higher standards of digital creativity.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure that all designs align with the brand image and consistency, while also meeting customer experience standards.
  • Support in managing creative and digital agencies’ performance to fulfil business requirements and deliver communications that are effective for brand building.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaign visuals while maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released from the team.
  •  Ensure all creatives are tested and learnt and maintain repository of learnings to be applied for future campaigns.
  • Stay up to date of best practices and maintains knowledge of competition.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate brand in digital space, beyond those that are assigned.

Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific skills that you want from the applicant)

  • Have at least a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design/Web Design/Multimedia or anything of its equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in the digital agency.
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe CC suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect and Adobe Premier.
  • Knowledge and experience in video editing, 2D motion graphics preferred.
  • Have strong understanding of UX, HTML, CSS and grids.
  • Familiar with the do’s and don’ts on digital ads format and sizes.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies with willingness to keep one’s skills and industry knowledge current.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly present and influence design ideas and concepts for campaigns.
  • A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
