You will be part of a team building capabilities for new digital products and customer channels. You will be working with software development and SCRUM team to build mobile and web applications in a flexible and high pace environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers. 
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile. 
• Guiding and coaching both the Scrum Team and Development team on how to get the most out of self-organize.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. 
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. 
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. 
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to product backlog refinement and maintaining the product backlog.

Your Merits

• Minimum total of 5 years of working experience in software development.
• First level Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM).
• Minimum 1-2 years Scrum Master experience.
• Agile practitioner mindset with an understanding of common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development practices.
• Cool, calm, collected and collaborative work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
• Ability to drive team members from cross departments and have good communication skills to influence technical team and business stakeholders.
