Your Role & Responsibilities:
- As a Technical Lead or Specialist for the Portal platforms (ecommerce or order capture) who responsible in requirement gathering, technical impact analysis, provide delivery plan or work with Project manager for project plan, providing technical recommendation, produce solution design together with solution architect & vendor, manage testing, and coordinate release deployment.
- Responsible in assess and provide mitigation if occurs technical blockers during change request or project implementation.
- Capable to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.
- Responsible on capacity planning, including of capacity analysis, planning and performance optimization.
- Managing vendor(s) quality of delivery and validate vendor effort estimation.
- Proactively identify area of improvements, conceiving creation of new features based on market research, customer inputs from our support teams.
- Responsible for system roadmap and blueprint alignment with solution architects. Drive requirement gathering, backlog grooming, and perform analysis/feasibility study
- Able to mentor and motivate junior team members
- Committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlines
Your Merits:
- At least > 6 years of working experience on web & apps development and project Implementation in related field is required for this position.
- Proven track record in delivering projects as Tech lead
- Experience working with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS)
- Familiar with SOAP & REST
- Experience in Drupal, Keycloak, Magento platform development is a plus
- Experience in Agile Scrum is a plus
