Digi Abadi: I’ve received my new SIM, how do I activate it?

Please follow these steps to activate Digi Abadi:-

  1. Insert the SIM and proceed to make your first call (FCA) by dialing any number. You will be asked to select your preferred language and your SIM will be activated
  2. Perform your first reload and activate Digi Abadi for RM28 by dialing *128#
  3. Following this, an SMS/Email will be sent the next day for you to complete the Insurance Activation Online. For more info click > > http://digi.my/iab

Note: If you are having issues with Internet Connectivity after activation, restart the phone or turn on and then off the airplane mode. If you still have issues, please get in touch with Digi Customer Service at 016 221 1800
