What Monthly Active Plan is available for NEXT?

Only NEXT Internet plans are available for NEXT plans. All NEXT Internet plans come with 30-days Internet that supports Always Active.

How do I subscribe to a Monthly Active Plan?

You may subscribe via MyDigi (MyDigi > Add-Ons > Monthly Active).

Is the Monthly Active Plan auto renewable?

Monthly Active Plans are non-renewable. Hence at the end of 30 days, you will need to purchase your favourite Monthly Active Plan again.

What is Always Active and do Monthly Active Plans support Always Active?

Always Active means that your main line validity will always be extended to match the subscription validity of your plan.

For example, if your account validity expires tomorrow but you subscribe to a Monthly Active Plan today, then your account validity will also be extended by 30 days instead of ending tomorrow.

All Monthly Active and On Demand Plans support Always Active.

How do I unsubscribe from a Monthly Active Plan?

You may unsubscribe a Monthly Active Plan with MyDigi by Settings > My Subscriptions.

Can I purchase another Monthly Active Plan if I already have an existing Monthly Active Plan?

Yes, however note that your existing Monthly Active Plan will be overwritten and any remaining quota from your current Monthly Active Plan will be forfeited.

Alternatively, you can top-up your quota by purchasing a Monthly Plan Booster for as low as RM3.
