Where can I sign up for the offer?

You may sign up on Digi Store Online or at any Digi Store and Digi Store Express nationwide. The Offer is valid from 19 October 2020 untill further notice or while stocks last.

Who is eligible to sign up for this offer?

This offer is only applicable for frontliners, Essential services and government employees in Malaysia, you may find out more on the eligibility at https://www.digi.com.my/shop/digi-cares-corporate-hero-list.

A valid Employee ID is required to be presented when you sign up at our Digi Stores and Digi Store Express nationwide. If you sign up online, you are required to upload your valid employee ID together with your NRIC (please ensure that the name on your employee ID and NRIC are the same, failure to do so will result in the sign up rejection).

Do I need to pay any advance payment when I sign up for this offer with a smartphone bundled?

No device advance payment is required exclusively for this program. All you need to pay is a 1-month plan advance payment and for MNP Port-in and Existing Postpaid customer sign up, the 1-month plan advance will be waived too.

Will I be tied to any contract when I sign up this offer with a smartphone bundled?

Yes, you will be tied with a 12-month contract if you sign up for Digi Postpaid Device Bundle for Frontliners (formerly DigiCares Smart Bundle)

Is there any penalty charged if I terminate my line during my contract period?

Yes, you will be charged an early termination fee of RM300.

Can I sign up plan-only without taking the Digi Postpaid Device Bundle for Frontliners contract?

Yes you can. You may sign up for Digi Postpaid 60 plan only.

Can I sign up for auto-billing and enjoy 5% discount off my monthly total bill for 6 months?

Yes.

If my sign up is rejected, will my payment be refunded?

Yes, your payment will be refunded. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your payments to be refunded.

If my sign up online is rejected, can I sign up from the Digi Stores and Digi Stores Express?

Yes, in the event your sign up is rejected, you can choose to sign up via Digi Stores and Digi Stores Express. Kindly ensure that you have all the relevant documents prepared and ensure both your NRIC and Employees ID are valid before you walk-in to the store.

If the name on my employee ID is different from my NRIC, how can I sign up?

If the name on your employee ID does not match with your NRIC, please sign up from Digi Stores and Digi Stores Express, to verify your identity.
