Who is eligible for this promo?
All subscribers who sign up for a new line, port-in, Prepaid-to-Postpaid on Digi Postpaid 60, 90, 120 or 150 Postpaid plans, or existing subscribers who perform a change of plan to the abovementioned plans, including customers who subscribe to add-on deals or PhoneFreedom 365, Pakej Power Jimat or Normal Device contracts during the promo period.

How does subscriber redeem the free additional 5GB all usage high-speed internet quota?
The 5GB will be added on to the subscriber’s account of eligible postpaid plan automatically every month and no redemption nor tagging required from the front liners and subscribers
What happens to the extra 5GB quota after 12 months?
From month 13 onwards, the free additional 5GB will no longer be granted automatically, and the quota allocation will return to the original, standard Postpaid plan monthly internet quota.
When will the 5GB extra quota be granted to subscriber every month?
The 5GB extra quota will be granted and refreshed each month following the postpaid account bill cycle date.
Is the 5GB free quota shareable?
Yes, the 5GB free quota is shareable. Free internet sharing will be enabled if the subscriber is the head of the family. Otherwise, the subscriber will receive 5GB of non-shareable quota.
Where can subscribers check their extra 5GB quota?
Subscribers may check their extra 5GB quota balance via MyDigi App.
If subscriber performs a change of plan, will they continue to enjoy the extra 5GB quota monthly?
Yes, you will continue to enjoy the extra 5GB quota if your destination Postpaid plan is part of the eligible plans for the promotion and the change of plan is performed during the promotion period. Any change of plan performed after the promotion ended will forfeit the extra 5GB benefit.
With the extra 5GB quota, which of my internet bucket will be consumed first?
The precedence of the internet consumption with the extra 5GB quota as per below:
- Quota from Free Productivity 1GB (valid until further notice)
- Quota from any promotional freebies (Free 5GB x 12 Months)
- Quota from Hotspot add-on
- Quota from Internet Top-Up add-on without contract (one-time purchase)
- Quota from Internet Top-Up add-on with contract (monthly recurring)
- Quota from Internet Sharing
- Quota from bundled All Day / Base Internet
Can existing subscribers who are already on the eligible postpaid plans maintain on their current postpaid plan to enjoy this promo?
No existing subscribers will not enjoy this promo. However, subscribers may perform postpaid change of plan upgrade to any eligible plans and enjoy this promo.
Does this promo come with a contract?
No, subscribers do not need to commit to a contract in order to enjoy this promo.
