Is the upsized promo quota also high-speed and for all-usage?
Yes! The upsized promo quota is no different from the Internet add-on deal quota, which is high-speed and for all-usage with no time or usage partitions.
Who is eligible for this promo?
This promo is eligible for any of the subscribers that belongs to the following group:
✔All subscribers who sign up for a new/port-in/pre2pos Digi Postpaid 40 with the Internet add-on deal during the promo period.
✔Existing Postpaid subscribers who perform change of plan to Digi Postpaid 40 with the Internet add-on deal during the promo period.
✔Existing Digi Postpaid 40 SIM Only subscribers opt in for the Internet add-on deal during the promo period.
Does this upsized contract quota come with a contract?
Yes, a 12-month contract is applicable.
How does subscriber redeem the upsized promo quota?
The additional 5GB will be added on to the subscriber’s Internet add-on deal internet bucket and will be refreshed monthly according to the subscriber’s Postpaid bill cycle. No further redemption action by the subscriber is required.
What happens to the extra 5GB quota after 12 months?
By the end of the 12 months, the contract expires, and the contract benefit will also be removed accordingly. From month 13 onwards, the total internet quota will be as per the postpaid monthly internet quota
Will the subscriber have the option to renew their Internet add-on contract with this promo’s quota upon contract expiry?
No, the additional 5GB promo benefit will no longer be available during contract renewal. However, do look out for more great deals in MyDigi’s Box of Surprise or your SMS inbox as your contract approaches expiry!
With the extra 5GB quota, which of my internet bucket will be consumed first?
The precedence of the internet consumption with the extra 5GB quota as per below:
- Quota from Free Productivity 1GB (valid until further notice)
- Quota from any promotional freebies
- Quota from Hotspot add-on
- Quota from Internet Top-Up add-on without contract (one-time purchase)
- Quota from Internet Top-Up add-on with contract (monthly recurring)
- Quota from Internet Sharing
- Quota from bundled All Day / Base Internet
What is the difference between the quota before and during the promo period?
The internet quota before and during the promo is as per below:

No, subscribers who is already on Digi Postpaid 40 plan with Internet Top Up Add On contract will not enjoy the additional 5GB. However, subscriber who is on Digi Postpaid 40 plan without any contract may sign up for the Internet Top Up Add On contract to enjoy the additional 5GB with 12 months contract.
