How does the unlimited feature on the Raja Kombo IDD plan work?
Subscribers of Raja Kombo IDD will be granted Unlimited YouTube (for Raja Kombo IDD 10 & Raja Kombo IDD 15) and Unlimited YouTube & Facebook (for Raja Kombo IDD 28). All usage of the apps covered under the Unlimited feature will be from this bucket first at the speed of 1Mbps before the main internet quota is used.
Do the unlimited features in Raja Kombo IDD cover YouTube Kids and YouTube Music?
No, Raja Kombo IDD’s unlimited features do not cover YouTube Kids and YouTube Music’s streaming usage
How about my subscription fee?
The unlimited features of Raja Kombo IDD only cover the streaming usage of selected apps. Raja Kombo IDD plans do not cover subscription fees.
Are there any Fair Usage Policy set for unlimited features of Raja Kombo IDD plans?
Yes, the Unlimited YouTube (for Raja Kombo IDD 10 & Raja Kombo IDD 15) and Unlimited YouTube & Facebook (Raja Kombo IDD 28) applies to the fair usage policy (FUP) of 20GB/day, which will be refreshed daily at midnight.
What will happen if the unlimited fair usage policy quota is exhausted?
Suppose you have completely exhausted the fair usage policy quota. In that case, your subsequent use of YouTube (for Raja Kombo IDD 10 & Raja Kombo IDD 15) or YouTube & Facebook ( for Raja Kombo IDD 28) will consume your main Internet quota (if available).
Can I still buy other Internet passes or plans while I have a Raja Kombo IDD subscription?
Yes, you may still purchase other Internet passes or plans. However, your data usage (including YouTube or YouTube & Facebook) will be from the Raja Kombo IDD quota first before the Internet quota from any other pass or plan is consumed.
