Yes, you can. From the Mobile Data Plan page, navigate to notifications and toggle them ON or OFF.

I have a subscribed plan that is greyed out. What does that mean?

It means that this particular plan is not active yet. Once it is in its active time window, you can start using it.

I just purchased an add-on but do not see it as a subscribed plan, what should I do?

Try refreshing the page using the top menu bar.

I see an icon next to my subscribed plan. What does that mean?

The icons are related to the types of plans.

If I have a dual SIM phone will I still be able to see this page on my device?

If your Digi SIM is set as the active SIM for data, you will be able to access this page. However, if your Other Licensed Network Operator (OLNO) SIM is set as the active SIM for data, you will not be able to.

What languages are supported on the Mobile Data Plan page?

What if I want to purchase a data pack via the Mobile Data Plan page but I do not have sufficient balance in my account. What do I do?

Please reload your account using the MyDigi app or www.digi.com.my and then try to purchase the required data add-on.
